Susanna Tuccio - Institutional Grants Manager

Susanna joined Front Line Defenders in March 2025 as Institutional Grants Manager, supporting the organisation’s grant management and fundraising efforts. She has experience in grant writing, strategic development, and fundraising for human rights and social justice initiatives. Before joining FLD, she worked with Defence for Children International, focusing on fundraising, grant and project management, and donor relations. Susanna has a background in International Relations and has worked with civil society organisations across Europe on children's rights, migrants’ rights, and access to justice, among other issues.
