Mantautas Šulskus

Mantautas Šulskus is one of the founding members of a Lithuanian non-governmental initiative “Sienos Grupė” (“Border Group“). Sienos Grupė gathered in the wake of the 2021 Belarus-Schengen border crisis as a response to the push-back policy and restricted access to the borderlands of Lithuania. Mantautas Šulskus together with Sienos Grupė has been providing direct humanitarian help for migrating people in critical situations on Lithuanian territory, as well as assisting them in legal questions and working with political advocacy.
