Laurent Aldenhoff - Director of Development

Laurent has been Director of Development/Head of Development since 2016, working to develop the organisation and expand its network of partners globally. He has over 14 years experience working in the human rights and charity sector. Prior to joining Front Line Defenders, Laurent directed the “Access Europe” programme in Ireland, and worked on refugee and migrants rights at the European Council on Refugees and Exiles and the Irish Refugee Council. He also served as Interim Deputy Director of Front Line Defenders from January 2023 to May 2024.
