Mashr
Magomed Mutsolgov is a human rights defender and blogger based in Karabulak (Ingushetiya). He is a member of Mashr ('Peace' in the Chechen and Ingush languages), a human rights organisation which has been monitoring the human rights situation in Ingushetiya since 2005. Mashr provides free legal aid to victims of human rights abuses and internally displaced persons in the North Caucasus Region.
