Lorna Hayes - HRD Researcher

Lorna joined the Development Team as an Institutional Grants Manager in May 2021. She has over 16 years experience working in the human rights and development sector. Prior to joining Front Line Defenders, Lorna held a number of roles including refugee and migrants rights researcher and campaigner with Amnesty International as well as advisor/ programme officer roles focusing on governance and human rights with Trocaire and Christian Aid. Lorna has lived and worked in Central America and Colombia.
