“奥林匹克梦”行动的目地是汇集全球的注意力于这几位人权捍卫者的身上

（都柏林，爱尔兰）－今天，前线人权捍卫者机构发起一个由网络和社会传统媒体共同参与的行动，号召全球公众对这15名人权捍卫者所处于的困境进行关注。由于他们所从事的人权工作，使得他们正处于被威胁，骚扰，恐吓，监禁以及暴力相待的困境。此次“奥林匹克梦”行动（www.sportshrd.org)号召公众以行动来支持这15位捍卫者，向他们所在的国家的官员写信，也包括给不同国家的奥林匹克委员会的首脑去信件。

这此次行动中提到的十五位人权活动家，在他们各自一定范围的人权事务中，已经向全世界表现出超凡的勇气和正直。从被关押在菲律宾Temogen Tulawie 和被关押在哈萨克斯坦Roza Tuletaeva，直到在巴西面对死亡威胁的Alexandre Anderson de Souza 和在乌甘达面对死亡威胁的Kasha Jacqueline Nabagesera。这十五位被选中的人选在所从事的人权工作中，面对的是超凡的挑战。*

‘'Olimpik Hayaller' kampanyası dikkatleri belli bir grup insan hakları savunucusuna çekmeyi amaçlıyor

(Dublin, İrlanda) - Front Line Defenders dünyanın farklı bölgelerinde yürüttükleri insan hakları çalışmaları nedeniyle tehdit, taciz, baskı, hapis ve şiddet gibi zulüm görmekte olan 15 insan hakları savunucusuna (İHS) dikkatleri çekmek amacıyla bir online ve sosyal medya kampanyası başlattı. Campanha “Sonhos Olímpicos” tem como foco defensores dos direitos humanos perseguidos

(Dublin, Irlanda) – A Front Line Defenders lançou hoje uma campanha online e de mídias sociais para chamar a atenção de 15 defensores dos direitos humanos (DDHs) de diferentes partes do mundo que são ameaçados, perseguidos, intimidados, encarcerados e sofrem violência devido ao seu trabalho em direitos humanos. A campanha “Sonhos Olímpicos” (www.sportshrd.org) convida o público a se manifestar a favor destes 15 defensores escrevendo para as autoridades desses países, incluindo os presidentes dos vários Comitês Olímpicos Nacionais.

(Dublín, Irlanda) – En el día de hoy, Front Line Defenders lanza una campaña en línea y en los medios de comunicación sociales para llamar la atención sobre la difícil situación que viven 15 defensores y defensoras de los derechos humanos (DDH) alrededor del mundo, quienes enfrentan amenazas, hostigamiento, intimidación, cárcel y violencia por causa de su labor por los derechos humanos. La campaña “Sueños Olímpicos” (www.sportshrd.org) llama al público a actuar en apoyo de estos 15 defensores y defensoras escribiendo a los funcionarios de aquellos países, entre otros a los responsables de varios Comités Olímpicos Nacionales.

‘Olympic Dreams’ Campaign to focus attention on targeted human rights defenders

(Dublin, Ireland) – Front Line Defenders launched an online and social media campaign today to call attention to the plight of 15 human rights defenders (HRDs) around the world facing threats, harassment, intimidation, prison and violence on account of their human rights work. The ‘Olympic Dreams’ campaign (www.sportshrd.org) calls on the public to take action to support these 15 defenders by writing to country officials, including the heads of the various National Olympic Committees.

(Dublin, Irlande) – Aujourd'hui, Front Line Defenders a lancé une campagne sur Internet et sur les médias sociaux afin d'attirer l'attention sur la situation critique de 15 DDH à travers le monde, exposés aux menaces, aux actes de harcèlement et d'intimidation, à la prison et à la violence uniquement à cause de leur travail en faveur des droits humains. La campagne "Olympic Dream" (rêve olympique) –www.sportshrd.org- appelle le public à agir pour soutenir ces 15 défenseurs des droits humains en écrivant aux dignitaires des pays, y compris aux responsables de plusieurs comités olympiques nationaux.

Human rights defender Mr Biram Dah Ould Abeid was assaulted and arrested on 13 December 2010 in Arafat following his intervention in an alleged slavery case. Biram Dah Ould Abeid is the President of Initiative de résurgence du mouvement abolitionniste en Mauritanie (Initiative for the resurgence of the abolitionist movement in Mauritania, IRA).

On 13 December 2010, Biram Dah Ould Abeid travelled to the department of Arafat to inform the local authorities of an alleged case of slavery. According to the information received, the local authorities ordered to the police to go to the place where the two young girls were allegedly kept in slavery.

Two police officers and an inspector arrived on the spot with Biram Dah Ould Abeid and other activists from the Front de lutte contre l'esclavage, le racisme et l'exclusion en Mauritanie (Movement against slavery, racism and exclusion in Mauritania, FLERE).
