The Observatory for the Protection of Human Rights Defenders, a joint programme of the World Organisation Against Torture (OMCT) and the International Federation for Human Rights (FIDH), and Front Line express their deepest concern about the ongoing arbitrary detention of human rights lawyer Mr. Le Cong Dinh and the new charges of "attempting to overthrow the State" he is now facing.
