The Independent Human Rights Commission (ICHR) has recently published its fourteenth annual report on the human rights situation in the Palestinian Occupied Territories.

The report analyses the impact of the current political situation on the human rights environment and looks at the issues that need to be addressed to ensure the full protection of the human rights of the Palestinian people. The Independent Commission for Human Rights (ICHR) was established in 1993 upon a Presidential Decree issued by President Yasser Arafat.
